It tastes like fish. Just like fish. Nothing about it
that distinguishes it in any way from fish. It's the
median fish. It's not really fishy, not really mild,
not really firm, not really light, not really oily, not
really dry. It's fish.

And it's the future of human food. When the oil runs out
and long-distance rapid transport becomes unfeasible every
devolutionary village will have a large fish-farm breeding
these all-but-indestructible swimming high-efficiency
protein factories.
