I haven't posted here in a long time due to lack of appetite :-(
But alas, I am feeling better after a 7 month ordeal with thyroid
cancer. You guys actually cheered me up a few times during the fiasco.
So I'm feeling better and I"m back to lurking here and read this
thread which totally cracked me up!!! You guys are a hoot.

I actually cooked a real meal today, which is baking right now. If it
tastes good, I'll post the recipe. I bought the ingredients for two
meals...one is eggplant parmesan and the other is spinach lasagna. I
decided that I REALLY did not want to make both and have a double clean
up two days in a row....so I made, "eggplant parmesan lasagna."

As I said, I'll post the recipe if it tastes good. I'll ask the 11
year princess what she thinks. She doesn't hold back :-) In fact,
when she actually compliments something that I cook, that means it's
really really good. Or she is really really hungry.
