It is being served (nobody has ordered one as of now), at the Parker
Meridian Hotel. The recipe calls for six eggs, one lobster, 10 ounces
of caviar, cream and seasonings.
It was shown at some of the morning shows. It sounds disgusting, but
that is just my opinion. The lady who broadcast with Regis, made a
face when she tasted it. I just saw it being re-aired on the five
o'clock news.
The time between Mother's Day and Father's Day is the time when people
in New York City can bring food for the needy to all Police and Fire
Stations, as well as the post office, to be picked up by City Harvest.
How sad that a $1,000.00 omelette is getting more attention than the
Food Drive.
