To be sure, there exists a mixed bag - but generally clean fruity dry wines,
with earthy pear flavours, with more body than the average Pinot Grigio.

Yes, my mind immediately went to a couple years ago when I was showing Mark
Lipton and Ian & Jacquie Hoare around.

After a very nice meal, we were sipping on a rather delicious botrytised
Riesling, when Mark and I were standing around outside trying to find the
Southern Cross - our efforts hampered by a heavy cloud covering (actually,
in the whole stay, we never spied our southern astronomical icon.
