I posted an onion bread recipe here some time back. It uses ground flax,
ground sunflower seeds, onions, olive oil, and nama shoyu or celtic salt.
You need a dehydrator for it though. I also use ground flax as an egg
substitute in baked goods at a ratio of 1 t. flax to 1 t. water. For some
things that have a nuttier taste, you can add a bit more flax.
