Don't know about using it with meat. I'm not much of a meat eater. I know
some people sprinkle it over cottage cheese. When I ate toast, I'd butter
the toast and sprinkle it on there. If you eat nut butter, you could
probably mix it in that. Mainly I use it for baked goods.
