Funny, I had the same impression a few weeks ago when I had a bottle of La
Fin du Monde. A little underattenuated, a little undercarbonated, not quite
as lively and complex. It's not a beer I drink real frequently, so I
wouldn't say it changed, either. But my impression definitely has.
