I do both the 'blue box' and homemade and I am entirely aware they they are
not the same thing. I make the blue box because it is quick, easy and
convenient and all I need is less than half a stick of butter to make it (no
milk, gross).
On the other hand, I make homemade mac and cheese because it's a comfort food
and I like the process. I like to experiment with different cheeses and the
like. I need to make it more often.
