Use the yeast you can get at the grocery store in two-pound bags
(Fleischman's maybe) for $10, not the stuff in the jars that cost $5 for
two oz. or whatever. Keep it well sealed in the freezer. That will
save you $0.50 or so per loaf and keep you from running out of yeast so
often.
