The Worcestershire and A1 have plenty of sweetness on their own. I
suppose it's all in the proportions. In general, I'm adverse to tasting
carrot flavoring in a meal. Cooked carrots are fine to me. I prep, cook
and add them separately if possible. That's just my taste.
