I've made meatloaf with shredded carrots before and quite like it. Sounds
like it was the sweetness you didn't care for. So why not omit the A1 steak
sauce & Worechesteshire (glad you spelled that out!) - I'm not crazy about
sweet sauces in that kind of a recipe.

E.
