Not everyone likes ketchup on top of their meatloaf. I'm in the *not*
category. I do add a little bottled cocktail sauce to my meatloaf when
mixing it up rather than adding something like A1 steak sauce. And I agree
about leaving carrots out of the mix. Carrots just don't belong in meatloaf
