I was just reading about your ISP, it is pretty weird. Is this the only ISP
you can use?

Even if the method I posted in response to your other charming post
does not work, there are web-based Usenet servers that will. Some
are pay, some are not.
Here is one news server that advertises that it serves Honduras.
https://secure.usenet-access.com/_se...thersignup.asp
It is $6 a month and you don't need to use PayPal, you just enter your
credit card number. If for some reason you CANNOT DO THAT IN
HONDURAS below are the instructions on how to subscribe via post:
To subscribe by POSTAL MAIL using money order or personal check:
If you cannot subscribe by either payment method above, you can always pay
by non-refundable MONEY ORDER or PERSONAL CHECK. This allows you to pre-pay
for 6 or 12 months of full newsreader access. To use this option, please
follow these instructions:
1) Get a MONEY ORDER or PERSONAL CHECK, in US Funds, made out to "Centaur
Networks LLC". The allowable amounts are as follows:
USA & Canadian residents: $50 (6 month access) OR $100 (12 month access)
All Other Countries: $100 (12 month access only!)
2) Send the payment to:
Centaur Networks LLC
Attn: UA
PO Box 845
Corning, New York 14830
3) *Don't forget to include your EMAIL ADDRESS so we know where to send your
account info!!
As soon as payment is received we will immediately create the account and
send your username, password and the server name.
