Even beef or lamb has it's drawbacks. A lot of folks aren't eating
red meat these days, and even if they are, there are a lot of folks
that won't touch lamb.
Anyway you can find out in advance if there are any dietary
limitations? I think I would do that before I planned anything. For
all you know, one of the people could be vegetarian..
