Yes. Otherwise, there'd be no point in freezing them. Put one or two fillets
in individual small plastic bags, or plastic wrap. Put them on a baking
sheet, and press flat. Put the baking sheet in the freezer, and the next
day, put all the little packages into a ziplock bag. Why flat? When you're
ready to defrost them, lay them on the thickest aluminum pan you have.
Because you froze them flat, they'll make more surface contact with the
aluminum and defrost much faster.
