Just about any meat will be done after 8-10 hours on low, 4-5 hours
on high, especially if you cut the pork roast into a couple of pieces.
My concern would be the flavors of the meat melding together -- you
could end up with chicken-flavored pork and vice versa. Then again,
maybe that's not such a bad thing. FWIW, this is one reason why I
have two crock pots... :-)
