Even if they know what they're getting in to they'll still do it since
there's nothing like free publicity if you're a Tv chef, and I'm sure
everyone thinks to themselves, oh how bad could it be? Well he was pretty
bad pouring wine into a dead fish's mouth and swigging from the bottle, etc
but Nigella came out shining and he ended up looking like the pathetic fool
he really is.
