I never watch this channel but tonight I am taping some stuff off of it for
a friend of mine...

I am sitting here trying to listen to _Iron Chef America_ while I'm on the
computer. One thing I notice is that the VOLUME level between the shows and
the ads is HUGE, I have the volume on so I can just listen to the shows, but
the when the ads come on they are BLARING (and they are the worst type of
ads, they are those wimmin - oriented witless "lifestyle ads"). This aural
juxtaposition is worse even than the local Chicawgo low - rent stations that
cater to the welfare stay - at - homes...SHEESH!
