Dee, I don't have my new Zojo yet; no one in town carries them. <G>
Amazon should be delivering it early next week (BTW, they're offering
$25 off this month!). At any rate, my old one brought everything up to
temperature for me; I keep my flour in the freezer and use cold water
from the tap; I have had no trouble with my loaves not baking correctly
up to now, and I assume (dangerous!) that I won't with the new machine,
either. The model I bought was the BBCCX20. HTH.
