ok, you got me... ;-)

I got it now. Slow, snail, duh! <sigh>

The grilled shrimp kebabs came out very well!
5 minutes per side and they were marinated overnight in Italian dressing.

Served with corn on the cob cooked in the husk, and grilled smoked
sausage.

Wood fire, not charcoal.
