Here in Raleigh, it smells like Chlorine. And all around us, every month
or so, some little town that is now a suburb has to boil its water.

Nooo thanks. I buy distilled water and check to see where it is from.
It tastes wonderful.

When I lived in Houston, TX there was more salt in a cup of water than in
a MacDonald's hamburger. I once made chicken and dumplings and had
dumplings before I put the dumplings in. Ugh.
