Default soup with a ham bone

Simple actually. :-)

Made the hambone stock first and separated the meat for cooling and
shredding. Left the stock in the 'frige overnight for defatting.

I made the stock by pressure cooking the ham bones (with remaining meat)
for 30 minutes.

Added 2 medium onions, one sliced head of cabbage and 6 cloves or so of
fine sliced garlic, 1 fresh grated carrot, put it all back into the
pressure cooker and pressured for 15 minutes.

Salted and peppered to taste.

It was a bit too garlicy imho (if that's possible but cabbage flavor is
pretty mild) but other than that, it was good.
