I love donuts, but if my wife brought home that many for me, I'd ask
whether she loved or hated me.

Have you thought about doing a bread pudding? Somebody told me once
about a lovely Krispy Kreme bread pudding they'd tried. I don't have a
recipe, but I'm sure you could fake it if you needed to. Sounded
wonderful to me, but then, I kind of obsess about donuts when they're
around. :-)
