Its not a crock pot recipe, but one of my favorite ways to cook those
red potatoes is to wash them, then quarter them, then fry them with
a little olive oil and canola oil and sprinkle the pototoes with
paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. They go well with lots of main
dishes.
