That depends to some extent on what's available in your favorite
wine store. I am partial to red wines and a nice Australian shiraz
would go well with that menu, as would the Spanish Protocolo, both
of which can be found for under $10 a bottle. You'll probably need
at least two bottles if those eight people like to drink wine.
