I think they'd taste ok with sour cream added, but I happen to really
like sour cream; The only problem I'd see is that it might make your
mix a bit soupy depending upon the amout you add, so you might need to
adjust the binder. Another alternative might be to use the sour cream
in a sauce over the meatballs, which is probably how I'd handle it.
