I froze the meatballs in 3 separate batches. Added a little bit of sour
cream to the mix - I'll make the sauce when I defrost the meatballs -
whenever that happens!

I get annoyed with myself because I buy the big tub of sour cream, then end
up throwing it out 'cause it has green mould.
