Lemon Yogurt Bread
3 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 cup lemon yogurt (16 oz.) Dannon
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Sift or whisk together dry ingredients. Lightly beat eggs. Add oil and
sugar to eggs and cream. Mix yogurt and lemon extract and add to egg
mixture. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 2 well greased loaf
pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted
in center comes out clean.
