Lemon Yogurt Bread
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 cups lemon yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, put in a separate
bowl. Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add oil and sugar, mix
well. Add yogurt and lemon juice and add dry ingredients, mix well.
Pour into two well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
