Sorry I can't help with your exact product wish, but similar things cn
be done quite easily with any lid. For ones that have the fold back
opening that "snap" onto the little nub you can just pull up some
string and snap it closed on the string to hold it up out of the water.
Similarly you can take the lid off pull the teabag up as far to the rim
as possible, and snap the lid back on the string holding it up and
away.
My personal method is to ask for two cups. Let the tea brew, then put
the teabag in the bottom of the unused cup and put it under the cup
with the liquid. This way the cup isn't so hot to hold and it keeps the
tea from oxidizing totally in the air so I can have them add extra hot
water to the second cup when I'm done with the first and reverse the
cups to again have the same thing.
I have seen places with the lids you are speaking about, but no idea
who makes them or where to buy.
