Default Champagne for wedding ceremony

I'm sure they'd fool me ;-) Can you suggest any particular examples?

BTW the $10 isn't a rigid limit. I found this Champange listed on the "Wine
Spectator top 100, the list says NV so apparently it's made in Nevada
(that's a joke ;-)
