How silly a thing to post. Lambs used to be more muscular in
the old days...?
It's a method that works, produces a succulent result and a
particularly satisfying meal.
Had some a couple weeks ago with local lamb. Grand.
I was astonished to learn that there's only *one* correct
way to cook lamb. Thank you for clearing that up.
