Brine?

Shrimp?

Aren't they already brined coming from the ocean?

I must admit tho' that the one time we boiled crabs in fresh sea water
when camping on the coast, they were sweeter than I remember crab ever
being.

I might have to try boiling shrimp in heavily salted water some time.....
