How long depends rather critically on the starting temperature of the
turkey, and that's generally unknown, so there is no certain
time-temperature that is always correct.

Unless you cook the same cut of meat several times a week in the same
oven (i.e. unless you are a professional chef) always, without
exception, use a meat thermometer.

Last time I looked, the USDA was suggesting to cook turkey to 160-165F
at the base of the thigh.
