Default Pressure Cookers - Recommendations?

If you're not afraid of aluminum, I recommend a Mirro 12 quart pressure
canner. It's a good size for cooking in, as well as canning. Since
it's a canner, the pressure is adjustable (5, 10 or 15# presets.)
