"Exactly" *what* are we supposed to be reading with comprehension,
dear heart? I don't ususally consider Wikipedia a source material,
but I don't think Ramen is so politically charged that we'd get a
slanted version of what it really is.

As I said before, it's now a brand name.... but it's also the name of
a noodle.
