Ramen is a Japanese wheat noodle dish. The "instant ramen" (little
bricks of noodles with the packets) commonly found in US are deep fried
noodles which are made by many companies. The deep fried version taste
different different.
That guy in the link should probably change his site to "The official
Instant Ramen Homepage" and this one is a lot closer to "The Official
