I've had my DLC-7 since the early 1980s. Last year the bowl finally
cracked, although I haven't replaced it yet. I've been using a far elss
expensive Hamilton Beach that's doing well. Sometime after we get settled
I will replace the Cuisinart bowl. It's a real workhorse.
