Wow! I'm thinking that guacamole, by definition, is avocado, far and
away.
This reminds me of a godawful guacamole that the Gedney folks were
making for a while a few years ago. I believe that *avocado powder* was
something like #12 on the list of ingredients. Honest to Alex, it was
that far down!!
