Great minds! I roasted the pieces separately then chopped the
meat in fairly large chunks and mixed that into the stuffing, baked
covered for about 30 minutes. It was GREAT! I used home made
stock from my last Fat Sunday Hen, and made gravy from the
drippings from the roasted pieces! Not a low fat meal, but very
good!
