Default Anybody else think I should use an apron while cooking?

This is why they make chef's coats. They have them with
teflon coating now, too. This teflon coated frabic is a
big hit with EMT crews, and I found they make chef's coats
with the same fabric. There is a place local to me that sells
nurses scrubs and uniforms. They also have chef's coats.
Less expensive than you'd think, though your family and
friends might think you are getting a little uppity if you
start wearing a chef's coat in your home kitchen . . . ;-)
