Push comes to shove, you can make them in the time you have.
Wash, dry and dice the peppers to about twice the size you
want to end up with. Lay them out in a single layer on a
lightly sprayed baking sheet and turn your oven on to about
145F or a tad more. Shake the pan every hour or so for a few
hours. Dried pepper flakes.
