HELP - Need Dried Bell Pepper Flakes

There's no reason whatsoever to use dehy bell pepper in lasagna as it
will rehydrate anyway (but won't achieve full flavor due to the acid in
tomato sauce - should be rehydrated in plain cold water prior to use),
use fresh. Dehy bell pepper is very handy to have in the larder (for
when you only need a small amount, or the one you thought you had has
rotted) but in most instances is not better than fresh... powdered dehy
bell pepper does make a nice garnish on omelets.
