I have never made birch sap wine but assume it would be like mead. I have
had the best luck clearing this time of wine using Super Kleer. It is a 2
packet system. Stir one in, wait a few min's and stir the other in. My
wines have all been clear the next day. I have not noticed any side
effects. Works for me. Simple and fast. I have only used it on white
wines and meads. Never on reds.
