Too late. I'm having mid-life flash backs to a time, real or
imagined, when lime cottage cheese and red fruit cocktail Jello was a
staple, even in restaurants. I may have a lovely experience or end up
going, "What the Hell was I thinking!". But, I gotta do it. I bailed
at the last minute the other night because the cottage cheese wasn't
right. Some kinda runny oozy crap which I tossed even though it
wasn't bad. Now I wonder if anyone even makes good cottage cheese
anymore. I haven't eaten c/c in years and can't say why. I've always
liked it.
