ITA. The DH and I don't do buffets, b/c neither one of us can eat
enough to justify the comparatively high cost vs. an individually
plated meal. Also, IMHO, buffets don't appeal from a food quality
standpoint, as the food sits around in steamer trays. Give me
something straight out of the kitchen, even if it's been sitting back
*there* for a while.

And the DH has a third reason for avoiding buffets: he swore he'd
never stand on line for food again once he got out of the US Marines.
