Hi,

I keep seeing prepared mustard in recipes but have no idea what it is. In
some other recipes I have also seen the word prepared followed by some other
ingredient (maybe mayonnaise and the like?). Can anyone tell me what makes
mustard prepared (what makes it unprepared)?
