The great thing about Penzey's (aside from the herbs and spices) is they set
out small jars of the stuff so you get to smell it and even taste it before
you buy it. And they hang their little recipe cards all over the place as
suggestions on what to use the herbs and spices in. Oh, and the shop smells
GREAT!
