Great idea! :-)
I have some boneless skinless thighs in the freezer that need to be used
up. I tend to cheat on dumplings if I'm short on time and just use
canned biscuits cut into 1/4's, but I think I'll go all the way on this
one and follow your recipe since I so rarely make this!.
