Baked apples with sugar and nuts

This is a very simple recipe with just a few simple steps:

* start with some clean healthy unpeeled apples
* cut the upper side leaving a conical space
* pierce the peal with a fork to allow liquid to get out
* group the apples and add sugar in the cut space
